Safety

The workday begins and ends with safety at Morningstar Engineering & Testing LLC (MET). Every MET employee contributes and is responsible for their own and others' safety be they employees, customers or contractors.

NFPA, IEEE, ANSI and manufacturers' standards are guiding principals for work plans for testing, commissioning and troubleshooting.

MET can train personnel on safe maintenance and operation of existing or new equipment, use of PPE for operations/maintenance, and develop written safe work practices for electrical equipment.

Services Provided include:

• Site assessment for compliance with NFPA 70E Guidelines.

• Field verification of and update electrical/control drawings.

• Customer equipment, PPE and electrical safety training.

• Arc Flash, Short Circuit, and Coordination studies.

• Design or electrical installation review.

• Safety program /review/development.
